You'll find yourself away from the noise, but just moments away from the excitement and attractions along Panama City Beach, FL. Must have someone age 25 years of age in the condo.

From the Emerald Isle beach front hot tub and two gulf front pools to a fitness center and pool-side steam room, it's all here.     Emerald Isle condos are very well situated, somewhat out of the density of PCB proper. Each unit has a nice terrace with a terrific view, and 501 is a west end unit, so the view is even more expansive. Note- the 5th floor is the second floor of condos; floors 1-3 are parking. Some folks might want a unit higher up.
    In unit 501 the kitchen is decent; the furnishings are fine. The ceiling fans need a good cleaning. The big problem is the carpeting is old, worn, and stained, and frankly should never have been in a beach condo to start with. The terrace furniture is wearing out, and the terrace dining table in the promo pictures had apparently been carted off to the dump. This unit has great potential and would be fine with fairly minimal investment. I would rent this unit again only if I was assured these issues had been corrected.
